As part of our team, our Breakfast Chef will be working in our brand new kitchen cooking seasonal menus that celebrate exceptional ingredients, including sustainably sourced fish, rare-breed meats, and local produce.

Breakfast Chef requirements:

  • Min 2 years' experience
  • Preparing and serving breakfast
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Experience running a section
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Can Drive
